It is possible to draw a lot of longitudinal section tables at once. To edit them you should use Longitudinal section (LS) manager, not AutoCAD commands. When you open it, a list of all longitudinal sections in the drawing will appear. You can sort it accordind profile name, definition or system (the program will show all longitudinal sections no matter which system they belong to).
Using this function, you can edit LS tables, move it, change the table of the selected LS, delete it, zoom to the elements in layout, zoom to the elements in LS if you select them in layout and many others.
It is possible to select one or more LS tables from the dialog (or all), using mouse click and keys CTR+A - select all, or SHIFT+mouse click – select all among.
If the profile has green frame, it means that is active and the data is correct:
If the profile has magenta frame, it means that is inactive and invalid – some data is missing, for example some node or section from this LS doesn't exist in the drawing anymore:
This happens because the relationship between nodes and sections in that sequence has been changed.
Note:
LS will not become invalid if you move the node,but the relationship of nodes and sections is not changed (same sections have the same starting and ending nodes).
However, this change will be visible in the longitudinal section and this is very important characteristic of Urbano softvare – dynamic between changes in Layout and Longitudinal section tables.
If
you draw a lot longitudinal sections at once, expand the LS manager dialog
using this button and
adjust the order of LS tables:
